Group tours are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. This includes tours of the building and exhibitions for 10 or more visitors. All participants on group tours receive 10% off their purchase at The New York Public Library Shop.

Free one-hour tours of the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building begin at 11 AM and 2 PM on Monday through Saturdays. (Please keep in mind that The Schwarzman Building is closed on Sundays in July and August). Tours meet at the reception desk in Astor Hall. Public tours are available, but limited and must be booked 2 weeks in advance by clicking here.
